3 egg whites w/ cheese

Jamba juice (berry protein workout with soy and a lemon bread)

Salad (spinich, tomatoes, corn, sweet peas, tofu and honey mustard dressing)

Carrot, raisin and walnut muffin

A lot of damn water.
